摘要
采用不同浇注温度对石墨烯增强材料ZL205A铝合金凸轮轴进行了铸造,并对试样进行了冲击性能和耐磨损性能的测试与对比分析。结果表明:随浇注温度从660℃升温至780℃,试样的冲击性能和耐磨损性能呈现先增加后减小的变化。石墨烯增强材料机械凸轮轴的最佳浇注温度优选为740℃。
The mechanical camshaft of graphene reinforced ZL205A Alluminum Alloy was cast by using different pouting temperatures.The impact properties and wear resistance of the mechanical camshaft were tested and compared.The results show that the impact properties and wear resistance of the samples increase firstly and then decrease with the pouring temperature rising from 660℃ to 780℃.The optimum pouring temperature of the mechanical camshaft of graphene reinforced ZL205A Alluminum Alloy is 740℃.
