摘要
研究以拮抗大肠杆菌、产纤维素酶、木质素酶系、蛋白酶、淀粉酶及转化利用无机氮为筛选指标,筛选出适宜玉米芯发酵的功能菌株ZX-2、ZX-9、XW-7,并经过复配制成复合菌剂;经发酵后,玉米芯的粗蛋白提高了115.8%,淀粉降低了34.4%,还原糖提高了91.7%,粗纤维降低了21.4%,中性洗涤纤维降低了18.8%,酸性洗涤纤维降低了22.5%;将发酵后的玉米芯添加于兔日粮中,当添加量为15%时效果最好,与对照相比,日增重提高17.91%(P<0.01),料重比降低10.05%(P<0.01)。研究结果为玉米芯饲料的应用研究奠定了理论基础,为提高饲料利用率和降低养殖成本提供了新的思路,应用前景广阔。
Using antagonistic Escherichia coli, cellulase production, ligninase system, protease, amylase and inorganic nitrogen transformation as screening indexes, the functional strain ZX-2 and ZX-9 and XW-7 were screened out, and the compound bacteria was prepared after fermentation. The crude protein of corncob increased by 115.8%, starch decreased by 34.4%, reducing sugar increased by 91.7% percent, crude fiber decreased by 21.4% percent, neutral detergent fiber decreased by 18.8%,acid detergent fiber decreased by 22.5%. The fermented corncob was added to rabbit diet. When the dosage was 15%, the effect was the best. Compared with the control, the daily gain increased 17.91% (P<0.01) and the feed/weight ratio decreased 10.05%(P<0.01). The results of this study laid a theoretical foundation for the application of corncob feed, and provided a new way of thinking for improving the utilization rate of feed and reducing the breeding cost.
