摘要
采用MIDAS软件对上海天马生活垃圾末端处置中心工程网架滑移过程的内力及变形进行仿真模拟,确定了地面散装与高空整体滑移相结合的综合施工方法。根据网架支座点将网架平面进行分区,分区网架在起步脚手架上拼装。网架预起拱高度约为90mm,屋面主檩条在网架滑移前需焊接安装就位。对网架支座采用滑轮进行改造,通过两条通长槽钢轨道进行滑移,最后将网架支座置换至混凝土梁上。采用该施工方法降低了工程成本、缩短了工期、保证了工程质量及施工安全。
The software MIDAS was used to simulate the internal force and deformation of grid sliding process in Shanghai Tianma Garbage End Disposal Engineering Center.The construction method of combination of ground in bulk and sliding is determined.According to the grid bearing point,the plane of the space truss is partitioned,and the space truss is assembled on the starting scaffold.The height of pre arching is about 90mm,The main roof purlin welding must be installed in the grid before slipping. The grid bearing is transformed using pulley,then slipped through two long steel rail,in the end,the grid bearings are replaced to the concrete beam.The construction method is adopted to reduce the engineering cost,which shortens the construction period,guarantees the project quality and construction safety.
