摘要
近年来中医眼科在理论及诊疗方面开始重视玄府学说。笔者经过长期的临床实践,发现玄府学说与气血、络脉息息相关,对眼病的辨证论治及临床用药方面有不可替代的指导意义。文章旨在通过浅谈玄府学说理论体系,运用通调脉络和开通玄府等方法,并阐述眼科常用方——逍遥散等的致病机制,为治疗眼科疾病提供新思路。
In recent years,the theory,the diagnosis and the treatment of the ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine have begun to attach importance to the theory of Xuanfu.It was found that the theory of Xuanfu was related to the .qi,the blood,and the collateral.It had irreplaceable guiding significance for syndrome differentiation and treatment of ophthalmopathy. This article aimed to discuss the theoretical system of Xuanfu theory and the method of dredging collateral and opening Xuanfu, and expound the pathogenic mechanism of Xiaoyao Powder,which was commonly used in ophthalmology,to provide new ideas for the treatment of ophthalmic diseases.
