摘要 随着公路建设的发展,我国已建桥梁数量越来越多,桥墩作为桥梁最重要的竖向受力构件,常常由于环境腐蚀、船舶撞击、地震等原因,面临加固的迫切需求。以某桥梁的桥墩加固工程为背景,基于约束混凝土原理,论述了纤维增强复合材料(FRP)环向缠绕加固桥墩的加固设计方案,提出了环向缠绕FRP加固桥墩技术的关键施工工艺,阐述了施工操作要点、施工质量要求,分析了环向缠绕FRP加固桥墩的优势。FRP环向缠绕加固桥墩技术是一种新的有效技术,尤其在快速、高效等特殊要求的情况下,环向缠绕FRP加固桥墩技术具有显著的优势。 With the development of highway construction, more and more bridges have been constructed in China. As the most important vertical load-carrying component of bridge, the pier is faced with the urgent needs of reinforcement because of environment corrosion, ship impact, earthquake and other reasons. Taking the pier reinforcement of a bridge as an example and based on the confined concrete principle, this paper discusses the design scheme of hoop-winding reinforcing pier by fiber reinforced plastic(FRP), puts forward the key construction technology of hoop-winding FRP reinforcing pier, sets forth the construction operation essentials and construction quality requirements, and analyzes the advantages of hoop-winding FRP reinforcing pier. The FRP hoop-winding reinforcing pier technology is a new effective technique, and has the obvious superiority especially in the case of fast, effective and other special requirements.
