自拟平正通络散联合氯吡格雷、双密达莫治疗缺血性脑卒中偏瘫79例疗效观察

摘要 目的:通过临床观察,评价平正通络散联合氯吡格雷、双密达莫在缺血性脑卒中患者偏瘫康复治疗中的疗效。方法:自拟平正通络散联合氯吡格雷、双密达莫对2015年2月~2018年1月门诊收治的79例偏瘫患者进行治疗。结果:各项疗效指标均较满意。结论:自拟平正通络散联合氯吡格雷、双密达莫对缺血性脑卒中偏瘫进行治疗是一种有效的康复性治疗,肢体功能恢复较好。
