摘要
目的对江西省中学生校园欺凌行为特征和影响因素进行比较,以期为中学生校园欺凌行为提供防控依据。方法以江西省3所中学的7 129名中学生为调查对象,采用Olweus欺负问卷、中学生应对方式问卷、长处与困难问卷(Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire,SDQ)等进行信息收集。结果中学生欺凌报告率为7. 80%,被欺凌报告率为18. 80%,欺凌—被欺凌报告率为5. 10%;初中生欺凌(8. 72%)、被欺凌(23. 91%)行为报告率均高于高中生(6. 73%,12. 92%),差异均有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为9. 73,140. 17,P值均<0. 01)。欺凌、被欺凌行为实施方式中,初中生躯体(被)欺凌、语言(被)欺凌、关系(被)欺凌分别为19. 9%(22. 8%),68. 9%(63. 7%),11. 2%(13. 6%);高中生分别为19. 7%(18. 3%),67. 7%(65. 1%),12. 5%(16. 6%)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,男生、长辈体罚、多动注意缺陷等是初中生欺凌行为危险因素,男生是高中生欺凌行为危险因素(OR值均>1);男生、县域中学、同伴关系问题等是初中生被欺凌行为危险因素,长辈体罚等是高中生被欺凌行为危险因素(OR值均>1)。结论江西省初高中学生校园欺凌特征及影响因素均存在一定的差异,应从个体、家庭、学校三方面预防校园欺凌行为的发生。
Objective To understand campus bullying behaviors among middle school students in Jiangxi province.Methods A total of 7129students from 3middle schools in Jiangxi province were investigated with the Olweus Bully questionnaire, coping style,Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire.Results Near.ly 7.8%of middle students reported campus bullying,18.8% reported bullying victimization,and 5.1%reported both bullying and bullying victimization.Campus bullying (8.72%)and bullying victimization (23.91%)was significantly higher in middle school students than high school (P<0.01).Physical bullying (victimiza- tion),verbal bullying (victimization),relational bullying (victimization)was 19.9%(22.8%),68.9%(63.7%),11.2% (13.6%),respectively.In high school the figure was 19.7%(18.3%),67.7%(65.1%),12.5%(16.6%),respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that boys,punished by parents,ADHD was associated with higher rate of campus bullying behaviors for junior high students,while for high school students,only being boy was associated with campus bullying (OR>1).Being boy,rural areas and poor peer relationship was associated with bullying victimization among junior high school students,while punished by parents for high school students (0R>1).Conclusion Significant differences are found in campus bullying and bullying victimization between junior and senior high school students.Bullying prevention programs should be implemented in middle schools.
