摘要
建设智慧城市是一项国家战略,也是贯彻落实十九大关于建设"数字中国、智慧社会"精神的有力举措。智慧城市时空大数据与云平台具备时空大数据获取、挖掘分析、泛在服务能力,能够将时空信息渗透至城市发展、百姓生活的方方面面,是智慧城市的"基石",可以为政务数据、民务数据、运营数据和感知数据时空化提供支撑;依托时空大数据与云平台的大数据分析能力,结合各业务部门需求还可以深挖行业专题数据,能够为领导决策提供专业、权威的时空数据服务。本文按照国家相关规范,详细介绍智慧城市时空大数据与云平台的建设目标与任务、技术路线、关键技术等方面内容。
Wisodm city construction is a national strategy and powerful measures for the implementation of the 19th CPC National Congress about the construction of "digital China,wisdom City".Space-time big data and cloud platform in wisdom city has the ability of space-time big data acquisition,mining analysis and ubiquitous service capability,which could penetrate the space and time information into urban development and every aspect of life,is the "cornerstone"of the wisdom city,and provides supports for e-government data,operational data of space and time and perception data;relying on the analysis ability of time-space big data and cloud platform and combining with the business needs,industry project data could also be digged, which could provide professional,authoritative leadership decision-making of spatio-temporal data services.According to relevant national standard,this paper makes a detailed introduction about wisdom city time-space big data and cloud platform for the construction of the objectives and tasks,technical route,key technology and so on.
