摘要
自闭症谱系障碍儿童的社交沟通障碍是其核心障碍之一,本研究旨在比较录像示范法与现场示范法在幼儿园游戏情境中对学前自闭症儿童社交沟通能力的干预效果。通过采用单一被试实验设计中的跨被试多基线设计结合交替处理设计,并在交替处理期中增加撤回期和最佳处理期,检验录像示范法和现场示范法对三名学前自闭症儿童社交沟通能力的有效性。研究结果表明,录像示范法与现场示范法均能够提升自闭症儿童社交沟通能力,但录像示范法的干预效果优于现场示范法,且录像示范法对学前自闭症儿童的社交沟通行为具有良好的维持效果。基于以上发现,对未来录像示范法的研究及实践提出相关建议。
Social communication disorder is one of the core deficits for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).The present study aims to compare the effect of video modeling with that of in-vivo modeling on autistic preschoolers'social communication skills in the context of kindergarten games.Based on a multiple-baseline design across subjects combined with an alternating treatments design plus a return to baseline conditions,the authors assessed the effects of video modeling and in-vivo modeling on 3autistic preschoolers'social communication skills.The results show that both video modeling and in-vivo modeling could improve the autistic preschoolers' social communication skills,but video modeling demonstrated a better and lasting effect.Based on this,the au- thors offered suggestions for the future study and practice of video modeling.
