摘要
从源头减排角度入手,通过烧结杯实验,在烧结原料固定碳为3.6%的条件下,使用Andersen 8级撞击器采样研究了焦粉配比分别为100%、75%、50%、0%时烧结烟气中颗粒物排放特性。结果表明:各组焦粉配比实验中排放的颗粒物质量浓度为98.66~134.04 mg/m^3,经旋风除尘器净化后,颗粒物质量浓度降至68.49~112.34 mg/m^3,总体颗粒物脱除率在16.19%~30.59%。烧结烟气中颗粒物以2.63μm以下细颗粒物为主。旋风除尘器前后的颗粒物质量浓度粒径分布均呈单峰分布,峰值出现在0.88μm附近。在烧结烟气的PM_(10)中,PM_1占比在78%以上,PM_(2.5)占比在94%以上。焦粉配比的改变对烧结烟气颗粒物排放的质量浓度粒径分布影响较小。
Starting from the perspective of source emission reduction,the emission characteristics of particles in sintering flue gas were studied by a sintering cup experiment based on the condition of-fixed carbon content at 3.6%in sintering raw materials.The particles were sampled by an Andersen 8-stage impaetor at the coke powder ratios of 100%,75%~50%and 0%.The results showed that the emission mass concentrations of particles in each experimental group of coke powder ratio were 98.66-134.04mg/m^3.After purified by a cyclone cleaner,the mass concentrations of particles were reduced to 68.49~112.34mg/m^3,and the removal rates of total particles were between 16.19%-30.59%.The particles in the sintering flue gas were mainly fine particles below 2.63izm.The particle size distributions of particle mass concentration in the inlet and outlet of cyclone cleaner were typically single peak around 0.88μm.In PM10of the sintering flue gas,the proportion of PM1 was more than 78%,and the proportion of PM2.5was more than 94%.The changes in coke powder ratio had little influence on the particle size distribution of particle emission mass concentration in the sintering flue gas.
