加热及CaO预处理对市政脱水污泥流变特性的影响研究 被引量:5

RESEARCH ON EFFECT OF THERMAL HEATING AND CaO PRETREATMENT ON RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF MUNICIPAL DEWATERED SLUDGE

摘要 采用旋转黏度仪研究污泥在恒定及变剪切速率条件下的表观黏度变化规律,探讨了CaO添加剂、加热和高温预处理对污泥表观黏度及流变性的影响规律。结果表明:向污泥中加入一定含量的CaO试剂及提高污泥温度均能显著降低污泥的表观黏度。当向污泥中加入1%、3%及5%的CaO后,污泥表观黏度值分别减小41.0%、61.0%、69.7%。CaO试剂、加热及高温预处理对污泥流变特性影响显著,Power law(PL)模型对不同工况下的污泥流变曲线均有较优的拟合效果(R^2>0.9)。在常温及加热条件下,随着CaO含量升高,污泥的非牛顿性也逐步提高,呈现更显著的剪切变稀特性;而经过高温预处理后,污泥的非牛顿性则随CaO含量升高而逐渐降低,在5%CaO时的流动特性已接近牛顿流体。 The change rule of apparent viscosity of sludge under constant and changing shear rate conditions was studied by a rotational viscometer,and the effect rule of CaO,thermal heating and high temperature pretreatment on the apparent viscosity and rheological properties of sludge was investigated.The results indicated that adding proper amount of CaO to the sludge and raising the sludge temperature can both markedly reduce the apparent viscosity of the sludge.The apparent viscosity values of the sludge decreased by 41.0%,61.0%and 69.7%respectively,when 1%,3%and 5%of CaO were added respectively. The rheologieal,properties of the sludge were obviously influenced by CaO reagent,thermal heating and high temperature pretreatment,and theological curves of the sludge under different conditions can be well fitted by Power law (PL)model (R^2>0.9).Under the room temperature or thermal heating condition,the non-Newtonian property of the sludge was enhanced gradually with the increase of CaO,taking on more significant shear thinning characteristics;however after high temperature pretreatment,the non-Newtonian property of the sludge was lowered gradually with the increase of CaO,and it was close to Newtonian fluid under 5%CaO condition.
