摘要
为解决电磁感应式悬垂控制器性能不稳定问题,文章提出了一种基于摄影测量的悬垂控制器.系统以DM642为核心,通过摄像头获取电缆在管道中位置,利用图像背景差分法将电缆的位置信息转换成数字信号,最后经由DA转换成相应的模拟电信号,用该模拟电信号来驱动牵引设备调整电缆在管道中的位置.为了固定背景以及后简化续图像处理,设计了横截面积为正方形的长方体结构.实验结果表明,所提方案可以将电缆的位置信息转换成相应的模拟电信号.
In order to solve the unstable performance problem of electromagnetic induction sag controller,a sag controller based on photogrammetry is proposed.This system with core of DM642 uses camera to acquire the cable position information.Convert the position information of the cable into digital signal by using the difference background image method.Finally,transform the digital signal into the respective analog signal.The analog signal is used to drive the traction device to adjust the position of the cable in the pipe.In order to fix the background and simplify the subsequent image processing,a rectangular pipe with a square cross section is designed.The experimental results show that the scheme can convert the position information of the cable into the respective analog signal.
