摘要
医院行政管理部门为医院重要组成部门,其相关管理工作是一项复杂且艰巨的系统工程,受多种因素影响与制约,其管理工作无法一蹴而就。要对医院行政管理工作做到动态管理,加强监控与宏观调节,采用相关管理等综合管理手段,才能有效提升医院整体管理质量与医疗服务质量。项目管理在医院行政管理中应用效果显著,可明确各部门职责,使医院行政管理更加有目的性、计划性,加强各部门间团队组织文化,提升医院整体管理质量,实现医院经济效益,促进医院跨越性发展。本文根据项目管理程序,简述了将项目管理方法用于医院行政管理中的重要意义及实践经验,旨在分析其在医院行政管理中的应用效果,为各医院行政管理提供参考。
The hospital administrative department is an important component of the hospital.Its related management work is a complicated and arduous system project.It is affected and restricted by many factors,and its management cannot be accomplished overnight.It is necessary to achieve dynamic management of hospital administrative management,strengthen monitoring and macro adjustment,and adopt comprehensive management methods such as related management to effectively improve the overall management quality and medical service quality of hospitals.Project management has a significant effect in hospital administration.It can clarify the responsibilities of various departments,make hospital administrative management more purposeful and planned, strengthen the organizational culture of teams among departments,improve the overall management quality of hospitals,realize the economic benefits of hospitals,and promote hospitals.Leapfrog development.According to the project management procedure,this paper briefly describes the significance and practical experience of using the project management method in hospital administration.It aims to analyze its application effect in hospital administration and provide reference for the administration of hospitals.
