摘要
目的探讨全瓷贴面在牙齿美学修复中的应用效果及护理配合。方法选择2017年3月至2018年9月之间在我院接受前牙牙齿美学修复的90例共190颗因各种原因需要进行前牙修复的患者,依照实验数据随机分配原则分为两组,观察组与研究组,分别采用金属烤瓷冠与全瓷贴面两种方式进行修复,在修复期间分别给于临床护理配合,比较经过不同方式进行前牙修复后患者的疗效以及美学效果满意度、护理满意度。结果研究组患者在经过全瓷贴面修复后,患者对于全瓷贴面修复前牙的美学效果以及护理满意度均高于观察组,临床疗效上,对照组也高于观察组。将两组的各项数据进行对比,差异明显具有差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全瓷贴面在牙齿美学修复中的美学效果优异,患者的护理满意度较高说明护理配合是保证全瓷贴面修复成功的重要因素,同时在临床疗效上全瓷贴面的效果较好,可进行临床推广使用。
Objective to explore the application effect and nursing cooperation of all-ceramic veneer in dental aesthetic repair. Methods we selected 90 patients who received aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018. A total of 190 teeth needed to be repaired for various reasons. They were divided into two groups according to the principle of random distribution of experimental data, the observation group and the research group. Two groups were respectively repaired with metal porcelain crowns and all-ceramic veneers. Clinical nursing cooperation was provided during the restoration, and the therapeutic effect, aesthetic effect and nursing satisfaction of the patients after the anterior teeth restoration through different methods were compared. Results after the all-porcelain veneer restoration, the patients in the study group had higher aesthetic effects and nursing satisfaction on the full-porcelain veneer restoration of anterior teeth than the observation group. In terms of clinical efficacy, the control group was also higher than the observation group. The data of the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion all-porcelain veneer has excellent aesthetic effect in dental aesthetic repair, and patients' nursing satisfaction is relatively high, which indicates that nursing cooperation is an important factor to ensure the success of all-porcelain veneer repair. Meanwhile, the all-porcelain veneer has a good effect in clinical efficacy and can be used in clinical promotion.
