摘要
针对西部地区镁水泥钢筋混凝土因钢筋腐蚀对构件适用性的影响,以镁水泥钢筋混凝土为研究对象,设计了3种环境和3种涂层钢筋,通过CS350电化学工作站对钢筋的电化学腐蚀行为进行长期跟踪和研究,以镁水泥钢筋混凝土中不同涂层钢筋的腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流密度、腐蚀速率及涂层电阻为评价指标,衡量不同环境下涂层钢筋的抗腐蚀性能。结果表明:不同环境下涂层钢筋能大幅提高钢筋的抗腐蚀性能,其各项性能指标均较裸露钢筋有较大幅度的提升。三种涂层中,以久美特涂层钢筋最好,美加力涂层钢筋次之,锌美特涂层钢筋最差。通过涂层可提高镁水泥钢筋混凝土的适用范围。
According to the influence of the corrosion of magnesium cement reinforced concrete on the suitability of the member in the western region,three kinds of environmental and three coated steel bars were designed,and the electrochemical corrosion behavior of the steel bar was tracked and studied through CS350 electrochemical workstations.The corrosion potential,corrosion current density,corrosion rate and coating resistance of different coated steel bars in magnesium cement reinforced concrete were used as evaluation indexes to measure the corrosion resistance of coated steel bars under different environments.The results showed that the coated steel could greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the steel bar under different conditions,and its performance indexes were much higher than that of exposed steel bars.The best coated steel was GEOMET coated steel,the second was MAGNI coated steel,and ZINTEK coated steel was the worst.The application range of magnesium cement reinforced concrete could be improved by coating.
