摘要
伦佐·皮亚诺设计的帕格尼音乐厅作为意大利帕尔玛(Parma)工业遗产保护更新的一部分,由糖厂改造而来。废弃的工业建筑在建筑师的笔下重新焕发活力,融入市民生活,成为了城市公园中重要的地标性建筑。糖厂工业建筑遗产的活化利用分为两个层次进行,其一是工业遗产的价值挖掘,包括遗产价值的认知、遗产标志物的确认和针对价值认知结果的建筑遗产分级处理;其二是建筑遗产的再生设计,包括功能重构、空间重组、形式美化和技术完善。
Paganini concert hall (Auditorium Paganini )in Parma designed by the famous Italian Architect Renzo Piaho,was the former Trento sugar factory(FABBRICA DELLO ZUCCHERO),this historic industrial building,after functional transformation,spatial integration,technical improvements rejuvenated,has become an important part of the city park.The activation and utilization of the old building remains included two steps,the first step was the value mining of the industrial heritage,including the cognition of the heritage value,the confirmation of the heritage mark and the architectural heritage classification for the value cognition,the second step was the conversion architectural design,including functional conversion,spatial conversion,form conversion and technical processing.
