摘要
目的探讨常规护理联合风险管理在提高急性病毒性脑炎护理质量的应用效果。方法采取随机分组方式将2017年1月至12月因患急性病毒性脑炎而至我院接受治疗的患者100例平均分成两组,以50例为一组,其中对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予风险管理,对比两组患者的护理质量评分、护理满意度、住院时间及风险事件发生率。结果相比于对照组,观察组的护理质量评分、护理满意度明显较高,风险事件发生率与住院时间明显较低,组间差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对急性病毒性脑炎患者给予常规护理联合风险管理不仅能提升护理质量,提高患者的护理满意度,促进患者尽快康复出院,而且还能降低风险事件的发生率,值得临床上大力推广。
Objective To explore the effect of routine nursing combined with risk management in improving the nursing quality of acute viral encephalitis.Methods 100patients with acute viral encephalitis from January 2017 to December 2017were divided into two groups randomLy,50each.The control group was given routine nursing care.The observation group was given risk management on the basis of the control group.The nursing quality scores ,satisfaction,length of stay and incidence of risk events were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher,the incidence of risk events and hospitalization time were significantly lower,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Routine nursing combined with risk management for p.atients with acute viral encephalitis can not only improve the quality of nursing,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing,promote patients' recovery and discharge as soon as possible,but also reduce the incidence of risk events,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
