摘要
目的探讨进行D-二聚体检测在临床中的应用以及意义。方法通过参阅有关的文献资料以及最新研究进展,结合临床实践,分析总结D-二聚体检测在血栓性疾病、恶性肿瘤疾病等类型疾病中的应用价值。结果研究显示,D-二聚体能够预测血栓形成,评价恶性肿瘤预后以及高凝状态等,能够更好地指导血栓性疾病、恶性肿瘤疾病的诊断和治疗。结论 D-二聚体检测在临床中具有较高的应用价值,今后仍需要加强对D-二聚体临床检测应用价值以及意义的研究,使其在疾病的预测、诊断及治疗中发挥出更大的作用。
Objective To explore the clinical application and significance of D-dimer detection.Methods The application value of D-dimer in thrombotic diseases,malignant tumor diseases and other types of diseases was analyzed and summarized by referring to the relevant literature and recent research progress,and combining with clinical practice.Results The results showed that D-dimer could predict thrombosis,evaluate the prognosis of malignant tumor and hypercoagulability,and could better guide the diagnosis and treatment of thrombotic disease and malignant tumor disease.Conclusion The detection of D-dimer is of great value in clinical practice,in order to play a greater role in disease prediction,diagnosis and treatment,it is necessary to study the value and significance of clinical detection of D-dimer in the future.
