摘要
目的了解对过敏性鼻炎患者在治疗过程中采取玉屏风散加味、针刺结合干预的临床疗效。方法取2016年12月至2017年12月接受常规过敏性鼻炎治疗患者30例设为对照组,取同期在常规治疗基础上给予玉屏风散加味结合针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎患者33例为观察组。对两组患者临床疗效与安全性进行统计学对比以归纳玉屏风散加味结合针刺的临床价值。结果 (1)两组患者临床疗效对比:观察组有效率为90.9%(30/33),对照组有效率为80.0%(24/30),有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组患者不良反应对比:治疗期间及疗程后随访1周期间,观察组患者发生治疗方案不良反应例数明显低于对照组,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对过敏性鼻炎患者除常规治疗外,给予玉屏风散加味、针刺相结合干预对病情控制有积极影响,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Yupingfeng San Jiawei combined withacupuncture on allergic rhinitis patients. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017, 30 patients with routineallergic rhinitis were selected as control group. In the same period, 33 patients with allergic rhinitis were treatedwith modified Yupingfeng San Jiawei combined with acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment. The clinicalefficacy and safety of two groups of patients were statistically compared to summarize the clinical value of modifiedYupingfeng San Jiawei combined with acupuncture. Results (1) Two groups of patients with clinical efficacy: theobservation group effective rate was 90.9% (30/33), the control group effective rate was 80.0% (24/30), with statisticalsignificance (P<0.05); (2) Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups: During the treatment period andduring the follow-up period of 1 week after treatment, the number of adverse reactions of the treatment scheme in theobservation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In addition to routinetreatment for allergic rhinitis patients, the combination of Yupingfeng San Jiawei and acupuncture has a positiveimpact on disease control, and is worth promoting.
