摘要
目的观察生物活性玻璃对比GC护牙素促进牙釉质龋再矿化的效果。方法将30块釉质块建立早期人工釉质龋模型后,随机分为三组:生物活性玻璃组、GC护牙素组和去离子水组。各组分别用质量分数为6%的生物活性玻璃溶液、10%的GC护牙素(主要成分为CPP-ACP)糊剂和去离子水对人工釉质龋模型进行再矿化处理,一天两次,每次五分钟,持续15天。扫描电镜观察镜下结构,X射线能谱分析仪对釉质表面的元素进行分析、计算。结果生物活性玻璃和GC护牙素对比去离子水都具有封闭脱矿釉质的作用,GC护牙素与生物活性玻璃的再矿化效果无显著性差异。结论生物活性玻璃溶液促进釉质再矿化的能力与GC护牙素相当。
Objective To observe the effects of bioactive glass vs. GC tooth mousse on remineralization of enamel enamel. Methods After establishing early enamel enamel models with 30 pieces of enamel blocks, they were randomly divided into three groups: bioactive glass group, GC tooth mousse group and deionized water group. Each group was remineralized twice a day with a bioactive glass solution with a mass fraction of 6%, a 10% GC tooth mousse(main component of CPP-ACP) paste and deionized water. Every fiveminutes for 15 days. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the structure under the microscope, and the X-ray energy spectrum analyzer was used to analyze and calculate the elements on the enamel surface. Results Compared with deionized water, bioactive glass and GC grout had the effect of blocking demineralized enamel. There was no significant difference in remineralization effect between the two. Conclusion The ability of bioactive glass solutions to promote remineralization of enamel is comparable to that of GC.
