摘要
目的分析循证护理在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病护理中的价值。方法选取某医院2015年6月至2017年6月收治50例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病进行研究,采用随机数表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组25例,观察组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上进行循证护理,比较两组患儿的护理前、后12个月的治疗有效率、护理满意度、住院时间、并发症发生率以及运动发育指数(PDI)、智力发育指数(MDI)、格赛格发展量表(Gesell)。结果两组患儿治疗前PDI、MDL、Gesell差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组治疗有效率、护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿住院时间、并发症发生率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理后12个月观察组PDI、MDL、Gesell评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿实施循证护理,有利于提升治疗水平、改善预后具有一定的临床价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods 50 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted to a hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were studied. The children were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. Each group had 25 cases. The observation group received routine nursing. The experimental group received evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Therapeutic efficacy, nursing satisfaction, length of hospital stay, incidence of complications, and motor development index(PDI), intellectual development index(MDI), Gesell scale(Gesell) in the last 12 months. Results There was no significant difference in PDI, MDL and Gesell between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05). The treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P< 0.05). The hospitalization time and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P< 0.05). The scores of PDI, MDL and Gesell in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 12 months after nursing(P< 0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is helpful to improve the treatment level and improve the prognosis. It is worth popularizing and applying.
