摘要
目的研究临床中药汤剂防治绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)的用药规律。方法检索有关PMOP临床防治的文献,建立数据库,进行聚类分析和关联分析。结果根据聚类结果,前线药物有淫羊藿、当归;杜仲、补骨脂;熟地黄、丹参等。根据关联结果,药物配伍大致以淫羊藿、熟地黄为核心发散。结论 PMOP临床防治的核心药物是淫羊藿、熟地黄、黄芪、当归、茯苓、白术、杜仲、丹参、党参、牛膝。补肾填精,强筋壮骨是PMOP的基本防治原则,"阴阳互济"是指导临床用药的重要思想,代表药对是淫羊藿-熟地黄。
Objective To study the medication rules of clinical herbal decoction in the prevention and treatment of postmenopaus- al osteoporosis.Methods Retrieve the literature about clinical prevention and treatment of PMOP from CNKI,VIP Network and Wanfang Data respectively and set up a database by reading and sorting.Using SPSS Statistics 22.0statistical software for cluster analysis,using SPSS Modeler 14.1for drug association analysis.Results According to the results of the clustering,by six catego- ries,the first category drugs were Epimedium and Angelica;the second were Eucommia and Psoralen;the third were Rehmannia and Salvia;the fourth were Poria,Atractylodes;the fifth were Astragalus,Drynaria;the sixth were Chuanxiong,Teasel,Morinda etc.According to the association results,the support of two drugs correlation from high to low were Epimedium -Astragalus, Epimedium -Angelica,Epimedium -Rehmannia etc.Three drugs were Epimedium -Atractylodes and Poria,Epimedium - Astragalus and Rehmanniae,Epimedium -Rehmannia and Angelica etc.Support and confidence of four drugs correlation are ba- sically the same,there are Epimedium,Rehmannia,Astragalus,Angelica,Poria,Atractylodes,Eucommia etc.Conclusion The core drugs of PMOP clinical prevention and treatment are Epimedium,Rehmannia,Astragalus,Angelica,Poria,Atractylodes, Eucommia,Salvia,Codonopsis,Achyranthes.Nourishing essence of kidney,strengthening tendons and bones is the basic principle of prevention and treatment of PMOP,"mutual aid of Yin and Yang"is an important ideology in guiding clinical medication, Epimedium -Rehmannia is the representative medicine suits.
