高效液相色谱法检测小麦面粉中的辛酰溴苯腈残留 被引量:2

摘要 旨在建立一种高效液相色谱法检测小麦面粉中辛酰溴苯腈的残留分析方法。采用0.5%醋酸乙腈溶液超声提取,蒸馏水、无水硫酸钠和硅藻土净化,HPLC1260检测的方法,外标法定量。结果表明,在0.05~1.0mg/kg添加水平范围内,在小麦面粉中的平均回收率为96.51%~100.01%;相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为2.41%~3.96%。方法 LOD为5.0×10-12 g。该方法前处理方法简单,精确度高,符合农药残留分析的技术要求。 Wheat flour sample was first extracted with acetonitrile solution containing 0.5% acetic acid, then the sample was purified by distilled water, anhydrous sodium sulfate and diatomite, finally the octyl bromobenzonitrile residue in wheat flour was detected by HPLC 1260. The results showed that, the average recovery was 96.51%~100.01% within the addition range of 0.05~1.0 mg/kg octyl bromobenzonitrile and RSD was 2.41%?3.96%. The limit detection of this method was 5.0M0-12 g. This method has advantages of simple pretreatment, rapidity, high sensitivity and good repeatability.
