精纺毛织物规格参数对其热湿性能影响的研究 被引量:4

Study on the Relations of the Specification Parameters of Lightweight Worsted Fabrics with Their Thermal and Humidity Properties

摘要 对薄型精纺毛织物进行透气性、透湿性、吸湿性、吸湿膨胀率及导热性测试,研究不同织物成分、织物组织、单位面积质量、总紧度、体积分数等对毛织物面料热湿性能的影响。结果表明,织物规格参数与热湿性能密切相关。总紧度与单位面积质量对透气性影响相对显著,变化趋势近似于指数函数方程;单位面积质量、总紧度及组织对透湿性影响相对显著,影响因素较透气性复杂;体积分数及纤维成分对导热性影响相对显著;吸湿膨胀率和吸湿性主要与纤维成分有关,且吸湿膨胀率与吸湿性相关系数可达0. 90。 To study the relations of the specification parameters of lightweight worsted fabrics with their thermal and humidity properties,the various parameters,including air and moisture permeability,hygroscopicity,moisture absorption coefficient and thermal conductivity coefficient,were measured for this kind of fabrics with different composition,tissue,grammage,tightness and volume fraction. The results show that the thermal and humidity properties are closely related to the specification parameters. The relations of total tightness and grammage with air permeability are relatively significant with a trend similar to expotential function. The relations of moisture permeability with grammage,total tightness and tissue are relatively significant,while the relations of air permeability with these parameters are complex. The thermal conductivity is significantly correlated to the volume fraction with a positive trend. The moisture expansion and hygroscopicity are mainly related to the fiber composition. The moisture expansion coefficient is linearly correlated to the hygroscopicity with a relative coefficient of 0. 90.
