摘要
气体膜分离技术利用混合气体通过高分子聚合物膜时的选择性渗透原理,气体分子首先被吸附并溶解于膜的高压侧表面,借助浓度梯度在膜中扩散,最后从膜的低压侧解吸出来。膜分离装置利用不同气体的分压差作为推动力,使H2等快气在膜的低压侧富集,CH4等慢气在膜的高压侧富集,尾气以原有压力输送到界外。长庆石化膜分离系统流程主要由预处理和膜分离过程两部分组成。压缩机来的原料气先经除雾器除去较大水滴和油滴,再由三级串联过滤器除去粒径大于0.01μm的颗粒物。经过套管式加热器加热至需要温度,使原料气温度远离露点。原料气经预处理后,进入膜分离器,在压力差推动下,氢气实现分离,膜分离尾气(非渗透气)减压后并入燃料气管网。富氢气体回收装置与现有加氢裂化低分气回收系统同时投用,可回收氢气6000~7000m^3/h(标准),不但减少氢气排放损耗,而且将低负荷运行的天然气制氢装置停掉,全厂平均能耗下降2kg标油/t。
Gas membrane separation technology utilizes the principle of selective permeation of a gas mixture through a polymer membrane.Gas molecules are first adsorbed and dissolved on the high pressure side surface of the membrane ,then diffused in the membrane via a concentration gradient,and finally desorbed from the low pressure side of the membrane.Membrane separation unit utilizes the partial pressure difference of different gases as the driving force,so that the high permeation gas such as H2 concentrates on the low pressure side of the membrane while the low permeation gas such as CH4 concentrates on the high pressure side of the membrane ,and the tail gas is sent out of the battery limit with the original pressure.The process of the membrane separation system at PetroChina Changqing Petrochemical Company mainly consists of pre- treatment section and membrane separation section.The raw material gas from compressor is sent first to a mist eliminator to remove large water droplets and oil droplets,and then to a three-stage filter in series to remove particles with a diameter larger than 0.0libra.It is heated in a double-pipe heater to the required temperature,a temperature far from the dew point.After the pretreatment,the raw material gas enters the membrane separator.Driven by pressure difference,hydrogen is separated,and the tail gas of membrane separation (non-permeable gas)is decompressed and merged is put into use simultaneously with the existing hydrogen by 6000-7000m^3/h (standard),not only natural gas hydrogen production plant operated at reduced by 2kg standard oil per ton. into fuel gas network.Hydrogen-rich gas recovery unit hydrocracking LP separator gas recovery system to recover reducing the hydrogen emission loss,but also eliminating the a low load.The average plant-wide energy consumption is reduced by 2kg standard oil per ton.
