摘要
[目的]探索有利于名中医工作室可持续发展的建设方式和创新运行模式。[方法]采用问卷调查、工作室成员访谈等方式,以浙江省的儿科名中医工作室为例,对工作室的建设状况、具体运行模式和建设成效进行分析总结。[结果]浙江省儿科名中医工作室实践了具有创新性的工作室建设运行"浙江模式":群师带群徒,开展多层次学术经验传承交流;师生共临床,以工作室为载体提供优质服务;建基层工作站,加强基层中医学术辐射与传播;融中国文化,推进传统特色与中医优势结合;促国际交流,推进中医药文化走向世界。[结论]"浙江模式"是探索名中医工作室建设运行模式过程中具有显著成效的创新模式,为促进名老中医临证经验传承、培养特色中医人才提供借鉴。
[Objective] To explore the construction and innovation operation mode of sustainable development of famous TCM studio. [Methods]By using the questionnaire survey and the interview of the studio members, the construction of the pediatrician’s famous traditional Chinese medicine studio in Zhejiang Province was taken as an example, and the construction situation, the specific operation mode and the construction effect of the studio were analyzed and summarized. [Results]Zhejiang pediatric famous TCM studio has practiced the innovative mode called "Zhejiang mode", including group teachers lead students,to carry out multi-level academic inheritance and exchange;Teachers and students treat patients together,to provide quality service with studios as carriers;Setting up workstation,to strengthen the academic radiation and dissemination of grass-roots Chinese medicine; Integrating into Chinese culture, to promote the combination of traditional characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine; Promoting exchange with international,to promote Chinese medicine culture to the world. [Conclusion] The "Zhejiang model" is an innovative model in the process of exploring the operation mode of the famous traditional Chinese medicine studio. It can be used for reference for promoting the inheritance of the experience and training the characteristic Chinese medicine talents.
