摘要
通窍利咽汤是毋桂花老师的临床自创汤剂,主要应用于小儿痰浊阻滞型的腺样体肥大。毋老师在从医30多年的临床经验中发现,现在社会小儿嗜食肥甘厚腻、运动量少、转基因等的应用,易痰浊内生,在鼻咽部的异常表现就是腺样体肥大,故小儿腺样体肥大常常是痰浊阻滞型。通窍利咽汤主要有通窍散结、化痰利咽的功效,临床收获颇佳。
Tongyu Liyan decoction is a clinical homemade decoction of WU Guihua.It is mainly used for adenoidal hypertrophy in children with turbidity block.In the clinical experience of more than 30years of medical treatment, teacher WU found that children in society are now adapting to greasy,less exercise,and eating some genetically modified food.Therefore,it is easy to cause turbidity in the body.Abnormal manifestations in the nasopharynx are adenoid hypertrophy,so pediatric adenoid hypertrophy is often phlegm blockage.Tongfu Liyan decoction mainly has the effects of Tongqiao Sanjie,Litan Huayan and the clinical harvest is quite good.
