摘要
为促进装配式建筑向智慧化建造方向发展,根据智慧建造的内涵分析了装配式建筑应基于BIM平台和数据执行绿色设计;建造过程可引入碰撞检测、深化设计、施工进度模拟、监理控制系统及BIM+技术,并且通过BIM协同平台进行项目各阶段的衔接以及各参建方的信息交互,实现项目的智能化管理;同时以厦门市的三个实际工程为例分析。研究表明,BIM技术是实现装配式建筑智慧建造强有力的手段之一。
For the purpose of promoting the development of prefabricated building towards intelligent construction,green design should be conducted in prefabricated building based on BIM platform and data according to the connotation of intelligent construction.Collision detection,deepening design,construction schedule simulation,supervisory control system and BIM + technology can be introduced in construction process,and intelligent management of project can be finally realized by using BIM collaboration platform to link up each stage of the project and promote information exchange between the participating units.Meanwhile three practical projects of Xiamen City were taken as examples and analyzed.Study results show that BIM technology is one of the most powerful means to realize intelligen't construction of prefabricated building.
