摘要
生物种质资源的保护和共享利用是提升生物种质资源对科技创新支撑作用的核心内容。文章首先基于生物种质资源多样性阐述生物种质资源在科研基础研究中的重要作用,然后通过对国内外生物种质资源的保存及共享利用情况进行对比分析,最后在科技创新对生物种质资源建设发展需求分析的基础上,提出加强我国生物种质资源保护和共享利用的思考与建议。
The protection and sharing utilization of biological germplasm resources is the core content of enhancing the supporting function to scientific and technological innovation.From the view of the diversity of biological germplasm resources,this paper expounds the important role what biological germplasm resources in the science and technology research play.Through the comparison of the protection and utilization of biological germplasm resources at home and abroad,and based on the requirement analysis of scientific and technological innovation for the development of germplasm resources,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the conservation and sharing of biological germplasm resources in China.
