摘要
河钢集团承钢公司通过优化进站钢水温度控制、吹氩控制、造渣控制,使得LF进站钢水平均温度从1 552℃提高到1 573℃,转炉下渣量由60mm降至45mm,精炼脱硫时钢水搅拌能在9 000W/t左右,进站钢水炉渣平均w(FeO)达到1.04%,精炼过程w(FeO)控制在0.5%左右,炉渣碱度达到2.9~3.2,平均一次脱硫率从59.87%提高到到85.54%,炉均精炼周期从58.3min缩短到47.9min,加快了生产节奏,降低了生产成本。
By optimizing the temperature control of LF inlet molten steel,argon blowing control and slagging control,the average temperature of LF inlet molten steel increased from 1552℃ to 1573 ℃,the roughing slag amount decreased from 60mm to 45mm,the stirring energy of molten steel was about 9000W/t in LF desulphurization,the average w (FeO)of LF inlet steel slag reached 1.04%,and was about 0.5%in refining process.The basicity of refining slag reached 2.9-3.2, the average first desulfurization rate increased from 59.87%to 85.54%,and the refining cycle shortened from 58.3min to 47.9min.The production rhythm was accelerated and the production cost was reduced.
