摘要
甲状腺功能亢进症是临床常见内分泌疾病,其发病率逐年增高,西医以内分泌治疗及手术治疗为主,但副作用大且易复发,中医治疗优势明显,疗效显著。本文从病名、病因病机和治疗等方面对近年中医辨证论治甲亢的相关文献进行综合研究整理,发现学者多认为甲亢病名应属于"瘿气"范畴,其发病与体质和情志密切相关,病位主要责之于肝、脾、心,以气、痰、火、瘀为主要病机,主要治疗方法包括辨证分型治疗、分期治疗、针刺治疗、中西医结合治疗、富碘及单味中药治疗等,且各具特色。但目前行业内对于甲亢的研究多自成一说,其规范化有待提高,且在甲亢的中医药预防方面存在较大的空缺,值得进一步研究探讨。
Hyperthyroidism is commonly seen as one of the clinical endocrine diseases.Its morbidity is increasing annually.Western medicine mainly uses endocrinotherapy,together with operative treatment.However,there are great side effects and high recurrence rate.In this case,Chinese medicine shows advantages in effective treatment.This thesis digs into the recent documents that applied Chinese medicine to hyperthyroidism treatment from several aspects,such as name of disease,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment.This integrated study illustrates that scholars mostly suppose that hyperthyroidism belongs to the field of "Qi goiter",whose nosogenesis is tightly connected to constitution and emotion.The disease location mainly lies in liver,spleen and heart.The causes of disease result from Qi,phlegm retention,fire and blood stasis.The main treatments include syndrome differentiated treatment,staged treatment,acupuncture treatment, combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine,iodine-rich and single materia medica treatment and so on.While, nowadays,the bigger part of research on hyperthyroidism is merely based on self-research and lacks in normalization. Besides,the research on the prevention of hyperthyroidism also needs more further investigation.
