基于Workbench的新型单轨电动机车驱动装置与轨道系统的设计与仿真 被引量:1

Design and Simulation of New Monorail Electric Vehicle Drive Device and Track System Based on Workbench

摘要 单轨吊是煤矿辅助运输的重要设备,现有单轨吊的驱动系统存在许多的不足。设计出一款新型驱动装置并建立其三维模型.验证驱动系统结构合理性:利用Workbench对传动齿轮进行分析,得到传动齿轮在不同工况下的工作振动频率与其固有频率之间的关系:对轨道系统进行静力学分析,发现轨道系统设计满足强度要求且变形较小。研究表明,新型驱动装置与轨道系统具有强度高、运行稳定性好等特点,为煤矿辅助运输装备的研究提供了理论参考。 Monorail crane is an important equipment for auxiliary transportation in coal mine.There are many shortcomings in the current drive system of monorail crane.Designed a new driving device and establishes its 3D model,verify the drive system structure rationality;the driving gear is analyzed with Workbench,the relationship between vibration frequency and natural frequency of the transmission gear under different working conditions;the static analysis of the rail system,rail system design meet the requirements of strength and deformation.The research shows that the new driving device and rail system have the characteristics of high strength and good running stability,which provide a theoretical reference for the research of auxiliary transportation equipment in coal mines.
