摘要
采用多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)改善传统载体的盲孔性结构,提升传感器性能。向Al2O3粉体中掺入不同比例的羟基化MWNTs,制备了MWNTs和Al2O3质量分数比0.05%、0.1%和0.5%的3种载体,制成了微悬梁结构的甲烷传感器。测试表明:MWNTs的掺杂显著地提高了Al2O3气敏材料对甲烷气体的灵敏度及响应时间,灵敏度14 mV/1%CH4,响应恢复时间分别为7 s和9 s。研究成果为改善传统载体甲烷传感器的性能提供了有益参考。
Multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)is used to improve the blind structure of the traditional carrier and improve the performance of the sensor.After hydroxylation three kinds of carriers with MWNTs and Al2O3mass fraction ratio of 0.05%,0.1%and 0.5%were prepared by adding different proportions of MWNTs to Al2O3powder.A methane sensor with micro-cantilever structure was prepared,The test result shows that the doping of-MWNTs significantly improved the sensitivity,and response time of Al2O3-gas sensitive materials to methane gas.When the methane gas concentration is 1%,the sensitivity of the component is 14mV,and the response and recovery time was 7s and 9s respectively.The research results provide useful references for improving the performance of traditional carrier methane Sensor.to improve the'blind structure of the
