摘要
以5年生水栒子为试材,采用完全随机区组试验方法,研究了不同基质种类、不同采集时间、植物生长调节剂种类、浓度、浸泡时间对水栒子嫩枝扦插生根的影响,以期筛选出水栒子嫩枝扦插的适宜条件和方法。结果表明:6月中旬采集插条在大田土+有机肥(4∶1)基质上插条的生根率最高,为38.8%。未经植物生长调节剂处理的对照组,插条扦插生根率为0.0%。IAA、IBA、NAA和ABT1号生根粉均对水栒子插条的生根有明显的作用,不同生长调节剂的作用时间和浓度也各有不同。其中以150mg·L^(-1)的ABT1号生根粉处理4h生根效果最高、达到58.8%,其次为100mg·L^(-1) NAA和IAA处理4h,高浓度生长调节剂对生根有抑制作用。
With 5-year-old Cotoneaster multiflorus as experimental material,the effects of different substrates,different times of collection,the type and concentration of plant growth regulators and soaking time on the rooting of green-wood cutting of Cotoneaster multiflorus were investigated using a completely random block design,so as to determine suitable conditions and methods for green-wood cutting of Cotoneaster multiflorus.The results showed that the rooting rate was the highest(38.8%)using cuttings collected in mid-June in the substrate containing field soil+organic fertilizer(4∶1).In the control group treated without plant growth regulators,the rooting rate of cuttings was 0.0%.Rooting powders(IAA,IBA,NAA and ABT1)had significant effects on the rooting of cutting of Cotoneaster multiflorus,and different growth regulators had different action times and concentrations.Among them,the rooting rate was the highest with 150 mg·L-1 ABT1 for 4 hours,reaching 58.8%,which was followed by 100 mg·L-1 NAA and IAA for 4 hours.Growth regulators at a high concentration inhibited rooting.
