Clinical value of combined use of urine bladder tumor antigen stat test,transabdominal ultrasonography and urine cytology in diagnosis of bladder cancer

摘要 膀胱镜检查是诊断膀胱癌的金标准,但其属有创检查,患者较为痛苦;膀胱肿瘤抗原(BTA)stat作为一种新的、敏感度较高的尿膀胱肿瘤标志物,其操作具有简便、快捷、无创等特点,通过与尿脱落细胞学、彩超联合可提高膀胱癌检出率,能达到部分替代膀胱镜检查的效果。
