摘要
工匠的技术角色期待需要现有工匠人才提高文化资本、培养大国工匠精神、提升创新能力。囿于传统工匠的社会地位已被固定建构在技术社会化的过程之中,家庭资本缺失、社会区隔及社会阶层固化、群体文化反叛,更是在社会结构层面阻碍了工匠再技术社会化过程的社会地位提升及社会角色转换。因此,提出了四个应对路径以改变上述状况。
Realizing the role of craftsman requires improving craftsman’s cultural capital,cultivating the spirit of great country craftsman,and enhancing the innovation ability of the craftsman. For the ration that the social status of traditional craftsmen has been fixedly constructed in the process of technological socialization. The lack of family capital,the social division and the solidification of social classes,and the rebellion of group culture also hindered the social status rises and the social role transformation of the artisans at the level of social structure. Therefore,I propose four countermeasures to change the above situation.
