摘要
以南京市江北新区江浦组团为案例地,结合刷卡大数据与城市空间小数据分析公共自行车出行时空特征并建立引力模型探究起讫站点周边空间因素对出行的共同影响。文章发现:新城的公共自行车出行以通勤为主要目的,高频出行多分布在较高用地混合度地区和关键空间节点周边,站点周边的地铁站、社区、就业地、餐饮服务设施的布局密度促进出行,而用地混合度、路网密度和除餐饮外的商业设施布局密度则抑制出行。结合新城紧凑的用地特征和通勤为主的出行特征,提出站点应布置在社区、地铁站等关键空间节点周边,同时避开用地混合度过高、支路稠密、交通流量较大或沿街商业设施密集的路段,为新城等共享单车市场难以覆盖区域的公共自行车站点布局优化提供参考。
Taking Jiangpu group of Jiangbei New District in Nanjing as a case study, combined with the big data of swiping card and small data of urban space, the paper analyzed the time and space characteristics of public bicycle travel and established a gravitational model to explore the common influence of the space factors around the site on travel. The article finds that the public bicycle travel in the new city is mainly for commuting. The high-frequency travel is mostly distributed in the high-use mixed area and the key space nodes. The layout density of subway stations, communities, employment places and catering facilities around the station is promoted. Combined with the compact land use characteristics of the new city and the commuting-oriented travel characteristics, it is proposed that the site should be arranged around key space nodes such as communities and subway stations, while avoiding excessive land mix, dense branch roads, large traffic flow or commercial facilities along the street. Intensive road sections provide reference for the optimization of the layout of public bicycle stations in areas such as Xincheng, which are difficult to cover in the shared bicycle market.
