摘要
当今社会,大学生作为青年志愿服务的重要载体,积极发挥着重要的作用与力量。然而,由于大学生志愿服务的人数多,项目杂,管理难,因此志愿服务效果也参差不齐。本文从高校辅导员在大学生志愿服务活动中的角色定位角度出发,结合党的十九大会议精神,通过对武汉城市职业学院职业网球学院学生赛事志愿服务的相关项目进行分析,得出高校辅导员可以从以下六个角色定位中有效指导学生从事志愿服务活动,以期达到更好的实践效果,即:"思想塑造,意识提升"的引领者;"专业指导,有效示范"的工匠者;"亲身实践,及时疏通"的参与者;"打造品牌,优化队伍"的打磨者;"注重总结,有始有终"的内省者和"创新载体,永葆活力"的实干者。
In today's society,college students,as an important carrier of youth volunteer service,actively play an important role and strength.However,due to the large number of college students'volunteer service,miscellaneous projects and difficult management,the effect of volunteer service is also uneven.Based on the role of college counselors in the volunteer service of college students,combined with the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper analyzes the related projects of the volunteer service of the Professional Tennis College of Wuhan City Vocational College.Students can be effectively guided to volunteer service activities from the following six role orientations,in order to achieve better practical results:"leaders of "thinking building,awareness raising";artisans who "professional guidance,effective demonstration";" Practice,timely dredge"participants;"build a brand,optimize the team"of the polished person;"focus on the summary,start and end"of the introspector and "innovation carrier,forever vitality"of the practical.
