摘要
介绍了采用UG三维分模方式,对该塑件逐步分析后,最终完成模具的设计、加工与试压。该塑件需求量大,这对模具寿命及质量就提出了更高的要求。该模具必须采用侧向分型抽芯机构,在开模合模过程中,没有设计使用传统的弹簧预复位结构,而是采用弹性套预复位结构,使得开模合模顺利,模具运行平稳。
This paper introduces the parting surface is difficult to determine.It introduce the use of advanced UG three dimensional parting mode.After analyzing the product step by step, the design,processing and injection molding are finished.This product is large batch,which puts forward higher requirements for mold life and quality.The mold must adopt side parting core pulling mechanism.In the process of opening and closing the mold,there is no traditional spring pre-reset structure in the design because of the large batch of products,but using elastic sleeve pre reset structure.The mold running smoothly.
