双曲双扭矩形钢管网壳结构设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用ANSYS通用有限元软件对临夏民族大剧院双曲双扭矩形钢管屋盖结构进行了地震非线性时程分析和风荷载作用分析;根据分析结果初步确定结构的关键构件,并考虑几何非线性和材料非线性,对网壳关键节点受力性能进行分析;建立与关键构件规格相同的通直矩形钢管,研究2种节点的塑性发展和屈曲形态。结果表明:双曲双扭矩形钢管单层网壳结构不但具有传统球面网壳结构良好的抗震性能和抗风性能,并且能够满足多样的建筑风格;通过对比双曲双扭矩形钢管节点和通直矩形钢管节点的承载力性能和屈曲形态,能够了解结构双曲双扭矩形钢管节点的特点,为后续施工提供指导,对实际工程具有重要意义。 The seismic nonlinear time history analysis and wind load analysis for the double twist rectangular steel tube roof of Linxia National Grand Theatre were carried out using general finite element software ANSYS.According to the analysis results,the key members of the structure were preliminarily determined,and the mechanical behavior of the key joints of the reticulated shell was analyzed based on considering geometric and material nonlinearities.The straight rectangular steel tube with the same size of the key member was established to study the plastic development and buckling mode of the two joints.The results show that the double twist rectangular steel tube single layer reticulated shell not only can satisfy various architectural styles,but also has excellent seismic performance and wind resistance as the traditional spherical reticulated shell structure.By comparing the bearing capacity and buckling mode of double twist rectangular steel tube joints and straight rectangular steel tube joints,the characteristics of double twist rectangular steel tube joints can be understood.The conclusions can provide guidance for subsequent construction and have practical significance for practical projects.
