摘要 70 MPa车用压缩氢气铝内胆碳纤维全缠绕气瓶(以下简称车用70 MPa氢气Ⅲ型气瓶)作为氢燃料电池汽车供氢系统的一个关键部件,具有耐高压、重量轻和储氢密度大等特点,是当前氢燃料电池汽车用氢气瓶的首选产品。以27 L车用70 MPa氢气瓶产品为例,利用ABAQUS软件对气瓶在自紧压力后的零压力、公称工作压力、许用压力、水压试验压力和最小爆破压力下的应力进行分析,掌握气瓶在各个压力状态下的应力分布规律,为气瓶的设计提供一定的依据。 With advantages of light weight,high pressure resistance and high density of hydrogen storage,the fully-wrapped carbon fiber reinforced cylinders with an aluminum liner for the on-board storage of compressed hydrogen as a fuel for land vehicle with nominal working pressure of 70MPa is one of key components of hydrogen supply system for hydrogen fuel cell vehicle,and become the first choice of the fully-wrapped carbon fiber reinforced cylinders with an aluminum liner for the on-board storage of compressed hydrogen as a fuel for land vehicle.Stress distribution of the cylinder in specific pressure processes is achieved through finite element method on fully-wrapped carbon fiber reinforced cylinders with an aluminum lined with nominal working pressure of 70MPa of water capacity of 27liters.In order to provide some basis for the design of cylinders,mastering the stress distribution rules of cylinders under various pressure conditions is very important.
