摘要
目的探讨六味地黄丸在2型糖尿病患者中运用对患者免疫功能、IL-6、TNF-α水平及临床预后的影响。方法选取本院2016年6月-2017年6月就诊的2型糖尿病患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组患者采用2型糖尿病的常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合六味地黄丸进行治疗,采用放射性免疫法检测患者血清中免疫相关指标,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6水平。结果治疗后观察组患者外周血T细胞CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+比值均较治疗前升高,治疗后观察组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α降低,治疗后观察组患者GLU、HOMA-IR、HbA_(1c)低于治疗前和对照组,FIN则高于治疗前和对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论六味地黄丸有助于改善糖尿病患者免疫功能,抑制炎症反应,加强血糖的控制。
Objective To investigate the effect of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill on immune function,IL-6,TNF-α levels and clinical prognosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods In our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017,120 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional treatment,while patients in the observation group accepted Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill on the basis of conventional treatment. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the immune-related indicators,and the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+in peripheral blood T cells of the observation group were higher than that before treatment. After treatment,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α decreased in the observation group.After treatment,GLU and HOMA-IR,HbA1c were lower in the observation group than that before treatment and that in the control group,FIN was higher than before treatment and that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill can improve the immune function,inhibit inflammatory reaction,and strengthen the control of blood glucose in patients with diabetes mellitus.
