摘要
为分析南水北调中线水进京后对京供水格局的影响,构建了有无外调水两种情景下的水资源优化配置模型,以2000~2014年北京市用水数据为基础,预测分析了2015年北京市有无外调水情景下的水资源配置,并与2015年实际情况进行比较。结果表明,外调水进京后,地下水使用量显著减少,从提供生活用水转向提供环境用水;地表水使用量相对减少最为明显,再生水对外调水的敏感性最强,农业用水在再生水中占比显著增加。研究成果可为外调水进京后的水资源高效利用提供依据。
To study the influence of the local water supply pattern,this paper constructed optimal allocation model of water resources under the two conditions of water flowing into Beijing from the middle rout of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Based on the data of water use in Beijing from 2000 to 2014,water resources allocations in Beijing under the two situations in 2015 were predicted and analyzed.Compared with the actual situation,the results show that the use of groundwater was substantially reduced,turning from the supply of domestic water to the provision of environment.The most obvious relative reduction was surface water.And the recycled water was more sensitive to external water transfer with the proportion of agricultural water increasing significantly.The research results can provide the basis for the efficient use of water resources after water transferring to Beijing.
