圆中环沉沙排沙池最大沉沙粒径研究 被引量:2

Research on the Maximum Sediment Diameter of Circular-ring Sediment Desilting Basin

摘要 为了避免圆中环沉沙排沙池在运行过程中出现沙石淤堵进水廊道的现象,通过物理模型试验研究了其最大沉沙粒径。保持中心出水环直径和含沙量不变,在三种不同流量(1.36、2.73、4.09L/s分别对应原型流量1、2、3m3/s)条件下根据进水前池水头的变化对中心出水环涌出的沙粒进行取样,测量粒径并取最大值。试验结果表明,进水前池与沉沙池之间的水头差是影响最大沉沙粒径的主要因素之一,并且通过回归分析法得出了最大沉沙粒径的预测模型曲线,为今后圆中环沉沙排沙池设计与运行提供了理论依据。 In order to avoid the phenomenon of sandstone blocking the inflow corridor during the operation of circularring sediment desilting basin,the maximum sediment particle size was studied by physical model test.The central outletring diameter and sediment concentration remain unchanged,the samples were taken of the sand discharged from the center outlet ring according to the change of water head of intake forebay under three different flow rates (1.36L/s,2.73L/s and.4.09L/s,corresponding to the prototype flow rate of 1m^3/s,2m^3/s,3m^3/s),the particle size was measured and the maximum value was obtained.The experimental results show that head difference between intake forebay and desilting basin is one of the main factors affecting the maximum sediment particle size,and the prediction model curve of the maximum sediment particle size is obtained by regression analysis,which can provide theoretical basis for the design and operation of the circular-ring sediment desilting basin in the future.
