省地一体化负荷协同闭环控制系统及关键技术 被引量:7

摘要 重点分析了针对特高压直流双极闭锁后以及重大事故导致受端电网出现大功率缺失时,传统人工方式下进行省地联合负荷协同控制存在的问题,提出了一种省地两级分解协调的负荷并发协同闭环控制方法,并根据该方法设计开发了相应的系统。阐明了系统的总体结构、关键技术实现方法及安全防误方式,建立了省地一体化的负荷协同控制体系,实现了省地的批量负荷控制信息交互与闭环控制,并结合在特高压送受端相关调控中心的工程实践,对其实际应用效果进行了介绍。 This paper focuses on the problem of coordinated load control of provincial and regional power gria unuer the traditional artificial mode,when the high-power loss occurs in the receiving-end power system after the bipolar block of ultra- high voltage direct current (UHVDC)transmission system or major accidents.A concurrent automatic load control system is proposed for the two-level decomposition-coordination between provincial and regional power grids.The overall structure of the system,the implementation scheme of key technologies and the safety mistake preventing technology are provided.The coordinated load control system of provincial and regional power grid is set up to realize the batch control of load dispatching information interaction and closed-loop control between provincial and regional power grids.Combined with the engineering practice in the relevant dispatch center of the UHV sending-end and receiving-end,the practical application effect of the proposed control system is introduced.
