摘要
目的:观察消痞降浊汤联合浮针治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎临床疗效。方法:选择我院2015年1月~2017年4月间收治的106例原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者,将106例原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为两组,对照组53例使用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊西药治疗,治疗组53例,在对照组治疗基础上联合消痞降浊汤和浮针治疗。结果:治疗组症状疗效有效率94. 3%优于对照组84. 9%(P<0. 05),治疗组胃镜疗效有效率92. 5%,优于对照组83. 0%(P<0. 05),治疗组综合疗效有效率96. 2%,优于对照组86. 8%(P<0. 05)。结论:运用消痞降浊汤联合浮针治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎是疗效肯定,切实可行的方法。
Objective: To observing the effect of using Xiaopi Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with floating needle in the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis. Methods: 106 cases of primary bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two groups. 53 cases in the controlled group were treated with western medicine. 53 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xiaopi Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with floating needle. Results: The treatment group was better than the controlled group,whether from the comparison of the symptoms,the comparison of the curative effect of gastroscopy,and the comparison of the comprehensive curative effect( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis with Xiaopi Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with floating needle is a practical and practical method.
