摘要
目的:观察降压汤治疗高血压患者的临床疗效及相关降压的机理。方法:选取我院2016年1月~2017年1月收治的130例高血压患者以随机数字表法分组研究,对照组(65例)患者以常规西药治疗,研究组(65例)患者在对照组治疗基础上联合降压汤治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血压变化情况、心率、血液流变学指标、治疗前及治疗1周、2周后中医症状积分、药物不良反应情况等。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为100. 00%,高于对照组92. 31%,P<0. 05;治疗前两组患者血压、心率及血液流变学指标、中医症状积分均相当,P> 0. 05,差异无统计学意义;治疗后研究组患者血压、心率及血液流变学指标、中医症状积分均优于对照组,P<0. 05;研究组药物不良反应率为1. 54%,低于对照组10. 77%,P<0. 05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:降压汤治疗高血压患者的临床疗效显著,降压效果良好,患者症状改善,不良反应少,安全性高,可于临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of treatment of patients with High Blood Pressure Step-down Soup and related antihypertensive mechanism. Methods: Selecting patients of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017,130 cases of hypertension patients were selected with random number table method,patients in the controlled group( 65 cases) was treated with routine western medicine,patients in the research group( 65 cases) treated with High Blood Pressure Step-down Soup on the basis of the controlled group,compared the two groups of patients of curative effect,compared the clinical curative effect,treatment of blood pressure,heart rate,the changes of hemorheology index before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral,adverse drug reactions before and after 1 week,2 weeks of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100. 00%,higher than the controlled group,92. 31%,P < 0. 05; Compared the two groups of patients of blood pressure,heart rate and blood rheology indexes and TCM symptom integral before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference,P > 0. 05; The blood pressure,heart rate and blood rheology indexes and TCM symptom integral of the research group were superior to the controlled group,P < 0. 05; The adverse reaction rate of the research group was 1. 54%,was lower than the controlled group,10. 77%,P < 0. 05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of using High Blood Pressure Step-down Soup in the treatment of patients with high blood pressure is distinct,the symptoms have improved,with less adverse reaction,high safety,can be applied in clinical.
