摘要
有载调压分接开关是换流变压器最重要的组部件之一。由于换流变压器运行工况的复杂性及其容量的日益增大,其分接开关的切换工况和选型技术均不同于普通电力变压器。以典型的双电阻切换开关为例,介绍了其切换原理,对其应用在电力变压器和换流变压器中的切换工况分别开展电磁暂态仿真研究,揭示了换流变分接开关运行工况的特殊性。推导了换流变分接开关切换过程中主、辅触头恢复电压变化率的解析式,并与仿真结果互相验证。提出了定性波形仿真和定量关键参数计算相结合的换流变分接开关选型技术要点。对实际直流工程中换流变有载分接开关的设计、选型、运维等有着参考和指导意义。
On-load tap changer( OLTC) is one of the most important components of converter transformer. Due to the complex operating conditions and increasing capacity of converter transformers,the switching process and type-selection technology of OLTC of converter transformer are different from those of ordinary power transformer. Taking the typical dual-resistance tap changer as an example,this paper introduces its switching principle,switching process simulations are carried on OLTC which is equipped on power transformer and converter transformer,the particularity of OLTC operation condition of the converter transformer is revealed. The analytical formulas of the recovery voltage of main and auxiliary contacts during the switching process of OLTC are derived,and they are compared with the simulation results. A type-selection technology of OLTC combined with the qualitative waveform simulation and the quantitative key parameter calculation is put forward,which provides reference and guiding significance for the design,type-selection and operation maintenance of OLTC of the converter transformer in the actual HVDC projects.
