摘要
高职院校是培养专业技术人员的摇篮,精益求精的工匠精神构成其核心的价值诉求。高职院校少数民族学生作为特殊文化群体,承担着延续、使用和创造民族文化的使命。积极培养少数民族学生的工匠精神,能有效提升其职业素养和就业能力,促进其服务社会,实现人生价值。但是,目前高职少数民族学生的工匠精神培育普遍存在认识错误、院校重视程度不足以及企业降低标准等困难,导致其工匠精神的培育举步维艰。为更好促进高职院校少数民族学生工匠精神的传承发展,文章在深入调研的基础上积极探索了工匠精神培养的有效途径。
As the cradle of cultivating professional and technical personnel, higher vocational colleges are the core of vocational education in higher vocational colleges. The spirit of cultivating craftsmen in minority schools is to actively cultivate the spirit of craftsmen in minority schools, which can effectively promote the professional quality of students. Actively nurturing the spirit of minority craftsmen can effectively promote the improvement of students’ professional qualities, better master professional skills, and realize the value of life. However, vocational colleges have misunderstood the spirit of artisans in the process of cultivating craftsmanship among minority students, Higher vocational colleges neglect the spiritual education of craftsmen,Enterprises Lower Spiritual Requirements for Student Craftsmen,Minority students in vocational colleges themselves know less and other issues,It is difficult to cultivate the spirit of artisans. In order to better promote the development of the craftsmanship of minority students in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to actively explore effective ways.
