摘要 研究利用UIO-66为稳定粒子的Pickering乳液聚合法结合分子印迹技术制备磁性温敏阿莫西林(AMX)分子印迹吸附剂(MTMIPs)并用于溶液中AMX的吸附分离。通过扫描电镜、热重分析、比表面分析等多种方法对材料理化性能进行表征,结果表明材料具有良好的多孔结构和磁响应性,MTMIPs的低临界溶解温度(LCST)约为31℃。静态吸附实验结果表明,35℃时Langmuir模型的MTMIPs最大吸附量可达68. 73μmol·g^(-1),对AMX有较好的选择吸附能力。 The magnetic thermo-sensitive amoxicillin molecular imprinting adsorbent (MIMIPs)was prepared by combining Picketing emulsion using UIO-66 as stable particles with molecular-imprinted technology,and applied to amoxicillin (AMX)adsorption from aqueous solution.Methods such as scanning electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,nitrogen adsorption and desorption were used for characterization of the adsorbents.Results indicated that MTMIPs possessed porous structure and magnetic response.The lower critical solution temperature (LCST)of MTMIPs was about 31℃.Results of static AMX adsorption experiments indicated that at 35℃ the maximum adsorption capacity of MTMIPs calculated by Langmuir model achieved 68.73μmol ·g^-1,and MTMIPs possessed better selective adsorption ability on AMX.
